Responsibilities

• Trains and guides new Servers according to Century Park standards.
• Assists with meal counts and tickets.
• Assists and ensures dining room setup with servers.
• Attends pre-meal menu review meeting.
• Performs duties at assigned station (beverages, salad bar).
• Performs cleaning and prep duties.
• Greets residents and guests, assists with food selection.
• Ensures timely beverage refills and service.
• Serves meals using trays and clears tables as needed.
• Removes trash and keeps dining area safe and clean.
