Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking dedicated dining service colleagues to provide high-quality meals and service to residents and guests. In this role you will manage orders, deliver promptly, and help maintain cleanliness and safety in the dining areas.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a server/lead server, Serv Safe certification, and a proven ability to multitask while communicating effectively with residents and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Lead Server or Server.
• Serv Safe or equivalent local certifications.
• Ability to switch tasks quickly and often.
• Pride in quality and presentation of food and cleanliness.
• Strong communication with a variety of personalities.

Responsibilities

• Take food orders and relay to kitchen, deliver to residents/guests promptly.
• Bus and reset tables actively.
• Deliver food to residents’ rooms when needed.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Assist in supervising servers and utility workers as needed.
