Harmony Senior Services in Glenshaw, PA is seeking a Cook to prepare meals according to approved menus and recipes, supervising dietary staff when the Dining Services Director is absent and ensuring a clean, safe kitchen at all times.

You will follow standard recipes, monitor temperatures, control portions to minimize waste, and participate in required trainings and staff meetings while upholding confidentiality and high-quality resident care.

Competenze

• Must have Serv-Safe certification or be willing to complete within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple calculations.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Prepare meals according to approved menus and recipes.
