Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Cook to support dining services in a senior living community. You will prepare meals per approved menus, supervise dietary staff in the absence of the Dining Services Director, and ensure safety, sanitation, and proper food temperatures.

Qualified candidates will have Serv-Safe certification, experience in food preparation, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Serv-Safe certification or be willing to complete within 60 days after hire.
• Experience in dining services and food preparation.
• Ability to read, write, perform simple calculations, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals per approved menus and recipes while considering dietary restrictions.
• Supervise dietary staff in absence of Dining Services Director.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety practices, and proper food temperatures.
