Qualifications include prior dining services experience, ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it within 60 days, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.

• Prepare and present menu items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen area.
• Monitor temperatures and store foods safely.
• Train and supervise dietary staff in the absence of supervisors.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
