Cogir USA is seeking a dedicated Cook for our community restaurant to prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents, staff, and guests. You will work with the culinary director to create menus and cook from scratch, blending traditional comfort foods with seasonal options.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, some culinary training, and food safety certifications. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary training or culinary school is a plus.
• Food Handler Card and Serv Safe Certification preferred.
• Experience in full-service kitchen environments is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals following established menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines.
• Set up and break down work stations in a timely manner.
• Keep stations clean and sanitized at all times.
• Collaborate with dining services to ensure timely meal service.
• Check and restock foods for proper service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and training.
