Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year experience as a cook preferred.
• Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain.
• State/county licensure required.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals meeting standards.
• Maintain food safety and infection control standards.
• Assist with kitchen organization and training of new staff.
• Ensure meals served on time and at proper temperatures.
• Support communication with residents and families as needed.
