The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to follow safety rules, and friendly interactions with residents. Experience preferred; training provided; FT and PT schedules with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to describe safety rules and procedures clearly.
• Ability to communicate with residents effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in apartments, common areas, lounges and offices according to schedule.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and maintain cleanliness of fixtures.
• Restock supplies and ensure cleanliness of laundry areas.
• Maintain equipment and report repairs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Adhere to safety and fire code policies.
