Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, team members, and supervisors.

• Demonstrated interest in working with a senior population.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties in resident apartments, common areas, lounges, and offices.
• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and clean floors; maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and fixtures.
• Dust, wash, and sanitize furniture, glass surfaces, and woodwork; clean tiles and window frames.
• Collect trash, manage community laundry, and maintain laundry area.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance or supply needs as required.
