Job summary

Arvum Senior Living is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in apartment homes, common areas, and offices within our senior living communities. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, support laundry duties, and ensure a safe, sanitary environment for residents and staff.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and a caring attitude toward seniors. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties in assigned areas according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Sweeps, dusts, and mops floors; cleans bathrooms and common areas.
• Maintains cleanliness of equipment and supplies.
• Collects trash and redistributes used linens and laundry.
• Communicates repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Other duties as assigned.
