Job summary

Asbury Solomons, a part of Asbury Communities, Inc., seeks a dedicated housekeeping aide to support resident spaces and maintain a clean, safe environment. You will assist with setup and breakdown of spaces, perform housekeeping in resident apartments and common areas, and ensure sanitation and safety throughout daily duties.

This full-time role offers a 7:00am to 3:30pm shift, every other weekend and holiday rotation, and a pay of $17 per hour.

Qualifications

Must be able to stand for long periods and work on feet throughout the shift.
Must be able to push, pull, and lift objects; lift up to 50 lbs.
Some prior housekeeping or environmental services experience preferred.
Must be able to follow schedules and maintain safe, sanitary environments.

Responsibilities

Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces according to room layouts and event requirements.
Provide housekeeping services in resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas, and other areas as directed.
Clean flooring and carpets as directed.
Remove dirt, dust, grease, and stains using cleaning/disinfecting solutions.
Coordinate daily housekeeping with nursing services during routine cleaning in resident areas.
Perform isolation cleaning procedures following infection control procedures.
