Job summary

Asbury Communities, Inc. in Erie, PA seeks a full-time Housekeeping Associate to clean resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas, coordinating with nursing staff to ensure safe, infection-controlled environments.

The position offers 80 hours bi-weekly and shifts Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday with some holidays. Pay is $15.50 per hour, with eligibility for a shift differential depending on schedule.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides housekeeping services in resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas and other areas as directed.
• Removes dirt, dust, grease, film, etc., from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions.
• Coordinates daily housekeeping services with nursing services when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas.
• Performs isolation cleaning procedures in accordance with established infection control procedures. Discards infectious wastes into appropriate containers.

Job Description
