Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will clean resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, and offices, restock supplies, report repairs, and collaborate with maintenance to maintain high health and safety standards; prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficient with common office and health record software.

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, and restrooms.
• Perform laundry and linen care.
• Restock supplies and report needs to supervisor.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs when observed.
