Job summary

Cedarhurst Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment across resident apartments, common areas, and facilities in Shawnee, Kansas. This role reports to the Maintenance Director and supports operations by restocking supplies, reporting repairs, and coordinating with maintenance staff.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and basic experience in housekeeping, with proficiency in standard Office applications and familiarity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, and offices according to schedule.
• Handle laundry and linen services, including laundering and distribution of clean items.
• Restock supplies and report/coordinate repairs with maintenance staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and safety guidelines.
