Job summary

A Place for Mom is seeking an outside sales Healthcare Account Executive to drive referrals from hospitals, SNFs, and discharge planners within a specified territory. Build and manage your book of accounts, educate families on care options, and collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet monthly targets.

You will travel daily within your territory, develop relationships with referral sources, and utilize CRM tools to optimize your pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years outside sales as an individual contributor.
• Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry.
• Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Relationship-driven with a strategic mindset.
• Willingness to travel daily within territory.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Help families and referral sources with seniors urgently needing discharge into a community or home care.
• Generate daily qualified referrals to meet monthly targets.
• Manage a portfolio of hospitals and SNFs within the territory.
• Develop and grow your book of accounts to increase referral volume.
• Cultivate new contacts via networking, cold calls, and presentations.
• Educate families on care options and collaborate with Advisors.
• Work with Healthcare Advisors to move families into communities or hire in-home care.
• Leverage CRM reports to manage your pipeline.
• Pilot new initiatives and provide feedback to improve tools.
