The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in sales, exceptional communication, and a strong customer-service mindset, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years of successful sales experience; relationship-based sales a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with a lead-tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects, set up and conduct tours, and help prospective residents find the right home.
• Develop new sources of referrals and educate the community about Touchmark lifestyle.
• Work with the marketing team to improve occupancy and resident relations.
