Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Senior Living Consultant to guide seniors and families through a major life transition, connecting them to our Independent Living retirement community and driving occupancy growth with care and integrity.

You’ll leverage strong communication, relationship-building, and tours to showcase the value of our community. The role requires adapting to a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with evenings for events and tours.

Qualificações

• Proven sales success in senior living, hospitality, or multi-unit housing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with seniors and families.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends for tours and events.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan with Community Managers and Field Support Leadership to meet occupancy objectives.
• Drive engagement with prospective residents through calls, visits, and tours to uncover needs and overcome objections.
• Grow the lead base through outreach to senior living influencers and community partners.
• Participate in leadership meetings and provide regular updates on prospect activity.
• Secure signed rental agreements, complete move-in documentation, and process deposits.
