Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a company seeking a remote Business Development Manager to drive new member acquisition and revenue growth across the Western United States in the independent senior living market. You will utilize CRM analytics, AI-powered tools, and strategic territory planning to identify opportunities, manage negotiations, and build partnerships with senior living operators and healthcare buyers.

Travel approximately 50% in the Western U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years outside sales experience selling to senior living operators or healthcare purchasing services.
• Proven success meeting quotas and closing new business within an assigned territory.
• Experience with GPOs or IDN relationships desirable.
• Strong CRM management, forecasting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales initiatives and develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Build and maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Use AI-powered prospecting, sales intelligence, and generative AI tools to prioritize leads and prepare for executive meetings.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win business from competing GPOs.
• Build relationships with senior living executives and healthcare decision-makers.
• Structure and negotiate multi-stakeholder, multi-year GPO agreements with value and margins.
