Job summary

PharMerica Senior Living seeks a Director of Business Development for the Assisted Living segment. The role leads growth initiatives, drives customer acquisition, and partners with cross-functional teams to meet revenue objectives. Travel to the Oregon/Washington territory is expected as part of remote work.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years in B2B sales, and experience in senior living/LTC markets, plus strong CRM and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in direct B2B sales.
• 2+ years managing pipeline forecasting or account management in senior living or LTC.
• 2+ years working in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target net new customers and grow existing books of business.
• Provide guidance and support to the Business Development Associate and leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement growth initiatives and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
