Partner Company in the Western United States seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new member acquisition and revenue growth in senior living, using AI-powered tools and CRM analytics to optimize prospecting and forecasting. Remote role with ~50% travel, covering CA, AZ, NV, UT, OR, WA, with cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years outside sales experience selling to senior living operators or assisted living environments.
• Proven success meeting sales quotas and closing new business in a defined territory.
• Experience managing full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiations, closing.
• Familiarity with GPOs/IDNs desirable and knowledge of senior living markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities across senior living facilities.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from outreach to contract execution.
• Maintain robust Salesforce CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Leverage AI tools for research, outreach, and meetings preparation.
• Develop strategic sales plans to win GPO business.
• Build relationships with senior living executives and healthcare partners.
