Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a relationship-driven environment.
• Strong networking and community outreach experience.
• Experience with CRM or lead tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive referrals through outreach, networking, events, and brand awareness.
• Drive occupancy through outreach, tours, follow-up, and relationship-based sales.
• Develop and execute a quarterly marketing and outreach plan.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with healthcare providers and organizations.
• Coordinate and host events to generate traffic and community awareness.
• Manage lead tracking systems and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
• Analyze conversion metrics from inquiry to tour and tour to move-in.
• Maintain census, lead activity, and marketing performance reporting.
