You will build relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and the local community to promote our services and maintain a strong census.

The role involves coordinating tours, events, and advertising, while managing CRM data and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years sales and marketing experience in long-term care, assisted living, senior housing, or healthcare
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the senior care industry and regulatory considerations
• Experience using CRM systems to track outreach and results

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet occupancy and revenue goals
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, tours, follow-up, and closing
• Maintain lead tracking, CRM data, and sales reports; analyze metrics to optimize performance
• Coordinate and host community tours, open houses, and marketing events
• Cultivate relationships with referral partners such as hospitals and case managers
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction
• Represent the community at local events and industry functions
• Oversee advertising, digital marketing, and promotional materials in line with brand standards
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes affecting occupancy
• Assist in training front-line staff on customer service and referral engagement
