You will drive occupancy by monitoring move-ins and vacancies, while promoting within-company values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and solve problems.
• Criminal background clearance.
• Must be in good health, with health screening and TB test results.
