Job summary

Creative Healthcare Solutions, LLC in Bethesda, MD, seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead occupancy growth and revenue across eight senior living communities. You will build a high-performing team and align sales initiatives with the organization’s strategy, while partnering with executive leadership.

The role requires 10+ years of sales/marketing experience and 5+ years of leadership, ideally in senior living. Occasional travel, full-time hours, and competitive compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 10+ years progressive sales and marketing experience.
• 5+ years sales and marketing leadership experience.
• Experience in the senior living industry strongly preferred.
• Experience in related fields accepted (home care, hospice, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to define short- and long-term growth plans.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to guide sales strategy.
• Build strong partnerships with community executive directors and sales leaders.
• Drive census and revenue growth across all communities.
• Establish sales goals, performance metrics, and incentives.
• Strengthen referral networks and expand community outreach programs.
• Build strong partnerships with community support specialists.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent across the sales and marketing teams.
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centered service.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets.
