Job summary

Creative Healthcare Solutions, LLC is seeking a Director of Community Relations in Kensington, MD to lead inside sales and drive occupancy and revenue growth across senior living communities. You will oversee sales strategy, coaching, and performance, while engaging families and prospective residents through tours and admissions, with a strong focus on pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
• 5+ years sales and marketing leadership experience.
• Experience in the senior living industry strongly preferred.
• Experience in related fields accepted (home care, hospice, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and processes to achieve occupancy and average-rate goals.
• Provide strategic direction, performance oversight, and coaching to strengthen sales execution.
• Build relationships with prospective residents, families, and decision-makers.
• Guide prospects through admission and move-in process and maintain sales records.
• Achieve or exceed occupancy, move-in, revenue, and conversion targets.
• Monitor performance trends and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Develop corrective action plans when results fall below target.
• Conduct market analyses and translate into sales/marketing recommendations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members as needed.
