Job summary

Merrill Gardens, LLC is seeking a Senior Living Sales Director (Community Relations Director) for Truewood by Merrill, New Bern. This leadership role drives sales to maintain high occupancy, builds relationships with referral sources, and coordinates with Marketing and Operations to position the community competitively.

You will manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to move-in, oversee budgets, and mentor team members in a fast-paced senior-living setting.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years sales and marketing experience, preferably in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Achieves and maintains a high occupancy percentage.
• Maintains the sales tracking system for the community and keeps the GM and Director of Sales informed of trends.
• Works closely with GM and BOD to ensure accurate reporting of census via Yardi CRM.
• Manages the entire sales process: building prospect base, responding to inquiries, generating tours, following up, and securing move-ins.
• Develops and implements innovative sales/marketing plans.
• Develops community outreach with referral sources to generate viable leads.
