Merrill Gardens of New Bern seeks a Senior Living Sales Director (Community Relations Director) to drive occupancy, manage the sales cycle, and build strong referral networks with local professionals. You will work closely with the GM and marketing team to implement strategic plans and ensure a positive resident experience.

The role emphasizes relationship building, community outreach, and cross-functional collaboration to position Merrill Gardens in the market and meet budget goals.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Three-plus years sales and marketing experience, preferably in senior living or related field.

Responsibilities

• Achieves and maintains a high occupancy percentage.
• Maintains the sales tracking system for the community and informs the GM and Director of Sales of trends.
• Manages the entire sales process from prospecting to move-ins and deposits.
• Develops and implements innovative sales/marketing plans.
• Develops community outreach plans and builds relationships with professional referral sources.
