Truewood by Merrill Ocean Springs is seeking a Senior Living Sales Director (Community Relations Director) to lead community outreach, drive occupancy, and oversee the full sales cycle. The role collaborates with the GM, BOD, and marketing to deliver targeted campaigns and events that attract new residents.

The position requires strong sales leadership, a four-year degree, and 3+ years in sales/marketing, preferably in senior living. Competitive benefits and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred.
• Three-plus years sales and marketing experience, preferably in senior living or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high occupancy through proactive outreach and tours.
• Maintains sales tracking in CRM and reports trends to GM and Director of Sales.
• Manages the full sales process from prospecting to deposit and move-in.
• Develops and implements sales/marketing plans and community outreach.
• Coordinates with Marketing for advertising, sponsorships, and events.
• Monitors competitive shops and communicates insights to leadership.
