Job summary

IntegraCare in Exton, PA, seeks a Community Relations Director (Sales & Marketing) to market Exton Senior Living and drive admissions through strong community relationships. You will lead outreach to referral sources, hospitals and senior centers, plus coordinate tours and community presentations.

The role emphasizes building relationships, managing inquiries and admissions, and achieving census goals while maintaining the marketing database and contributing to a strong bonus program.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of marketing experience, or a successful sales background in long-term health care.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in sales and marketing. Preferably Senior Living or Healthcare.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Take action through strong initiative and self-direction

• Build and maintain positive relationships with local referral sources
• Travel to referral sources and organizations within the local community
• Manage the inquiry, admissions and discharge process
• Maintain the marketing database
• Create marketing plans and conduct presentations to community groups
• Coordinate tours of the community and achieve all census goals.
