Qualifications

• Senior housing or hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Experience in outside and inside sales environments.
• Outgoing, personable, competitive, organized and self-motivated leader.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• English fluency preferred.
• Proficient with CRM systems and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours for prospective residents.
• Respond to walk-ins, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Plan and implement events with Sales/Marketing to generate leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and care providers.
• Maintain knowledge of software programs used in sales and operations.
• Support weekend call coverage as needed.
• Secure budgeted move-ins and achieve net gains monthly.
• Collaborate with leadership on quarterly marketing plans.
• Create a strong community outreach program to drive referrals.
