Job summary

IntegraCare, manager of Exton Senior Living in Exton, PA, seeks an energetic Community Relations Director (Sales & Marketing) to market our premier community, and help keep it a Great Place to Work and a Great Place to Live.

Responsibilities include building relationships, coordinating tours, managing inquiries and census goals, and creating marketing plans. Requires 1–3 years in marketing or sales in long-term care, with an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, or a successful sales background in long-term health care.
• An Associate’s degree from an accredited university is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in Senior Living or Healthcare.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Take action through strong initiative and self-direction.
• Achieve results with and through people.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local referral sources.
• Travel to referral sources and organizations within the local community.
• Manage the inquiry, admissions and discharge process.
• Maintain the marketing database.
• Create marketing plans and conduct presentations to community groups.
• Coordinate tours of the community and achieve census goals.
