IntegraCare, manager of Exton Senior Living in Exton, PA, seeks an energetic Community Relations Director (Sales & Marketing) to market our premier community, and help keep it a Great Place to Work and a Great Place to Live.

Responsibilities include building relationships, coordinating tours, managing inquiries and census goals, and creating marketing plans. Requires 1–3 years in marketing or sales in long-term care, with an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, or a successful sales background in long-term health care.
• An Associate’s degree from an accredited university is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in Senior Living or Healthcare.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with local referral sources.
• Travel to referral sources and organizations within the local community.

Community Relations Director (Sales & Marketing)

Salary: $83,000 - $85,000 base salary plus monthly marketing bonuses!! (Realistic salary with bonuses $110,000+ no caps!)

The focus of this position: is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. There will be many different people to meet and work with. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, the company's customers, or all of the above.
