Job summary

Wingate Living is seeking a Business Development & Admissions Specialist to expand referrals and admissions for the Campus at Silver Lake. This role blends community outreach, on-site work, and remote coordination to grow both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living communities.

You will build relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, home health agencies, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, and other referral partners, while supporting admissions processes and coordinating tours

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, senior living, sales, marketing, outreach, or business development preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare and community referral partners.
• Develop outreach strategies to increase referrals to Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living.
• Conduct in-person visits, calls, networking, presentations, and events.
• Coordinate referrals, admissions, tours, and communications with families.
• Track outreach, referrals, leads, tours, and results.
• Partner with Sales, Admissions, and leadership to convert opportunities into admissions.
