Job summary

Steelville Care and Rehab is seeking a proactive Business Development Liaison to grow center census and build strong referral networks. You will lead marketing initiatives, engage with physicians and community partners, and guide prospective residents and families through the admissions process.

The role emphasizes maintaining excellent customer service, coordinating admissions, and promoting positive community relations to support sustained center occupancy and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or healthcare management; related fields also considered.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Must be able to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategies to maximize center census and admissions.
• Develop marketing plans for center long- and short-term goals.
• Promote the center with referral sources, physicians, community and media.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Receive resident referrals and track activity daily.
• Coordinate admissions and ensure smooth transitions from acute to post-acute care.
