Pillars of Prospect Park, operated by Ebenezer, seeks a part-time Receptionist to provide front desk coverage at a senior living community near the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. The role includes greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling messages with professionalism.

Responsibilities include clerical support, room scheduling, mail handling, basic office tasks, and assisting the sales/marketing team with resident information and tours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of related front-desk/clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and vendors and provide courteous assistance.
• Answer phones, take messages, and route as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and accurate documentation.
• Assist with emergencies per building policies and procedures.
• Provide clerical support and manage daily office tasks as needed.
• Support sales/marketing by collecting information from prospective clients and facilitating tours.
