Pillars of Prospect Park, a senior living community in Minneapolis operated by Ebenezer, is seeking a Receptionist to provide front desk coverage and essential clerical support. You will greet visitors, answer phones, manage mail, assist with meetings, coordinate room reservations, and support sales and resident services.

This part-time role offers 16 hours every two weeks, 7:00am–3:30pm shifts, and every-other-weekend work, with Ebenezer benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 1 year related work experience in a related work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and provides courteous assistance to visitors, residents, and vendors.
• Answers the telephone, takes accurate messages and ensures delivery of message to appropriate person.
• Maintains workspace in a clean and orderly way to create the best “first impression” to customers.
• Responds to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per building policies and procedures.
• May type memos, letters, minutes of meetings; file documents.
• Schedules and reserves rooms and Guest Suites within the building.
• May manage mail and package pickup for residents.
• Supports sales and marketing by collecting information from prospective clients.
