• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Proven customer service experience and skills
• Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversees the lobby and entry area, greeting visitors and residents with a warm welcome.
• Answers incoming calls promptly and communicates messages to the appropriate team member.
• Provides community overview information to inquiries in support of marketing and sales efforts.
• Assists with recruitment processes and captures candidate information onsite for online applications.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members (e.g., hairdresser, transportation).
• Monitors the Bistro area to ensure refreshments, cleanliness, music and a pleasant atmosphere.
