Job summary

Senior Resource Group is a long-standing leader in senior living communities across the USA, seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. This full-time position runs Monday-Friday, 4pm-midnight, and pays $18-$19 per hour.

You will greet visitors, screen sign-ins, answer phones, assist residents with light tasks, and support the front desk with basic office duties, contributing to a safe, courteous, and well-run environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Screen and require visitors to sign-in at reception desk.
• Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Routes telephone calls and takes messages, as appropriate.
• Assist residents with general office needs, i.e. postage, copies, faxes, notary public, etc.
• Type, copy, order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
