True Connection Communities is seeking a part-time Concierge at our Delray Beach senior living community. The role provides a welcoming first impression, answers calls, assists residents and families, and supports daily administrative tasks.

You will maintain a tidy lobby, manage mail, coordinate tours, and uphold hospitality standards while collaborating with management to ensure outstanding service for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and transfer calls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Self-motivated with initiative and good judgment, able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive first impressions to visitors and residents.
• Answer and screen incoming calls; route messages per policy.
• Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain lobby area with hospitality standards, including scent, music, and cleanliness.
• Manage mail handling and office supply inventory.
• Update resident emergency contacts and logs.
• Assist managers with clerical tasks and schedule sign-ups for events.
• Support tours and community information sessions for prospective residents.
