Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead daily operations in our community’s dining spaces. You will train staff, coordinate with the Executive Chef and Dining leadership team, and ensure a memorable dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Food handler card/Serve Safe or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all food and beverage staff for front-of-house operations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction with a top-notch dining experience.
• Provide ongoing training for dining room staff.
• Prepare weekly schedules and manage budgets.
• Monitor seating and organize special dining events.
• Maintain inventory of dining room supplies and equipment.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and policy adherence.
