Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3–5 years in business office management, finance, HR, or accounting.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication and accuracy; independent work capability.

• Manage accounts receivable and assist month-end closings.
• Handle resident contracts, execution, and renewals.
• Oversee new resident orientation and move-in coordination.
• Maintain resident and employee files and HR documentation.
• Oversee payroll and budgeting with the Executive Director.
• Supervise front desk staff, including training and development.
