Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Business Office Director to manage the community's business office, overseeing HR, payroll, billing, and operations. You will be the primary contact for residents, families, and staff on billing and HR inquiries.

The role requires 3–5 years in business office management with knowledge of accounting, HR policies, and regulatory guidelines, in a senior living setting. Strong communication and integrity are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in business office management, finance, HR, or accounting.
• Knowledge of computer systems and CRM software; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high integrity.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
• Experience in independent living, assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and manage accounts receivable and assist in month-end close.
• Manage residents' contracts, execution, and renewals.
• Orient new residents and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain resident and employee files per regulatory guidelines.
• Lead new hire orientation for staff.
• Serve as HR contact for the community.
• Process payroll for the community.
• Assist in budget monitoring with the Executive Director.
• Oversee front desk staff; recruit, train, supervise, and develop.
