You will lead staff, coordinate with care providers and families, ensure regulatory compliance, manage records and budgeting, and drive continuous improvement in resident care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, healthcare management, or facility management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to emergencies effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assisted living building, including scheduling and supervising staff.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding assisted living facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns, facilitating communication between residents, families, and care providers.
• Maintain accurate records related to resident care, building operations, and incident reports.
• Assist with budgeting and inventory management for the facility.
