Qualifications

Current and valid LPN license.
1 year experience.
Proven experience in a nursing management or supervisory role in assisted living or similar setting.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily nursing activities within the assisted living building.
Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of residents.
Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate documentation of resident health records and medication administration.
Assist in staff training and performance evaluations.
