Job summary

Homestead Health Care seeks a Regional Manager to support facility managers across Michigan, including Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. The role requires travel regionally and on-call coverage to ensure sustained success and program implementation.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in healthcare operations and at least 2+ years managing licensed senior communities, with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations in health care industry.
• 2+ years managing HFA/AFC licensed communities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the week.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard software.

Responsibilities

• Develops or expands corporate and facility programs.
• Monitors budget and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high performance teams.
• Fill in for vacant shifts and be on-call.
• Identify opportunities within the region and implement action plans.
• Lead the regional operations team and ensure corporate directives.
• Direct activities of regional office support staff.
