University Home Care Inc is seeking an Assisted Living Building Caregiver in Royal Oak, MI to provide daily support and care to residents, ensuring safety and comfort in an assisted living setting.

Responsibilities include helping with daily activities, monitoring health, providing companionship, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment. Candidates should be compassionate, patient, and able to pass a background check.

Formación

• Previous experience in assisted living care or related caregiving is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and assisting residents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents to enhance their quality of life.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment within the assisted living building.
• Assist with medication reminders and follow prescribed care plans.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
