Responsibilities

• Follows a preventative maintenance program as directed by the Director of Facility Management, including general upkeep and safety checks.
• Maintains clean and safe building exteriors and interiors to keep residents, guests, and staff in a pleasant environment.
• Documents maintenance activities and records for systems and equipment (fire safety, boiler, HVAC, etc.).
• Assists new residents and family members with move-in tasks during admissions and discharges.
• Other duties as assigned related to property upkeep and safety.
