Job summary

QSL Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to uphold our resort‑style senior living properties, performing preventive maintenance, safety checks and repairs to ensure resident comfort and security.

You will follow the program set by the Director of Facility Management, keep buildings and grounds immaculate, document maintenance activities, assist new residents with move‑in tasks, and collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• Working knowledge of OSHA compliance and laws.
• Experience coordinating building repairs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Follow a preventative maintenance program per the Director of Facility Management, including paint-touch up, grounds and building tour readiness, lights working, gutters clear, pathways clear, trash removed.
• Practices excellent time management and completes tasks within company time frames.
• Keeps building and grounds clean, immaculate and appealing to residents, guests, referral sources and prospects.
• Provide accurate maintenance documentation for all systems and equipment (fire sprinkler, extinguishers, monitoring, kitchen hood cleaning, elevator inspections, boiler permit, nurse call system, generator, HVAC, PTAC).
• Assists new residents and family members with move-in tasks during admissions and discharges.
