Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our senior living communities. You will follow a preventative maintenance program and perform routine tasks to keep the property safe and welcoming.

Responsibilities include documenting maintenance activities, assisting new residents with move-in tasks, and ensuring that building and grounds are clean, immaculate and attractive to residents and guests. You will coordinate with the Director of Facility Management.

Qualifications

• Must have OSHA knowledge and follow safety regulations.
• Experience coordinating building repairs and maintenance projects.
• Driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow a preventative maintenance program and ensure timely task completion.
• Keep building and grounds clean, immaculate, and appealing to residents, guests and prospects.
• Provide accurate documentation of maintenance records for all systems and equipment.
• Assist new residents and family members with move-in tasks during admissions and discharges.
• Report on equipment status and safety issues to the Director of Facility Management.
