Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Barclay House of Rock Hill to perform preventive maintenance, upkeep of the building and grounds, and timely tasks to ensure safety and comfort for residents.

The role involves documenting maintenance activities, assisting with move-in tasks, and maintaining a clean and appealing property for residents, guests, and referrals. A High School Diploma or GED and OSHA knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance and safety regulations.
• Experience coordinating building repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Follow a preventative maintenance program for building and grounds.
• Maintain clean and appealing property for residents, guests, and prospects.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment in records (HVAC, fire safety, elevators, etc.).
• Assist new residents and families with move-in tasks during admissions and discharges.
